1. Rules of the loyalty point system
- 1.1 Who can use the loyalty points?
We can only credit loyalty points to registered users on the Meru Sportcare Webshop website (www.merusportcare.hu). Collecting points is only possible by making an online purchase and registering a user account. Resellers cannot participate in collecting points.
- 1.1.1 How can I join the MyMeru program?
Joining the MyMeru program is established by registering a user account.
By joining the MyMeru program, you agree to subscribe to our newsletter. In case of leaving the MyMeru program, you will lose the points collected and not used until then.
- 1.2. How to get loyalty points?
With every purchase, we credit loyalty points after the purchased products. You can either use the earned loyalty points during your next purchase or continue collecting points. No points are awarded for shipping costs and cash on delivery handling fees.
For each product, the system indicates to you exactly how many loyalty points you will receive if you purchase the given product.

- 1.3 How long can the points be used?
You can use the points received after your purchase at any time until the MyMeru loyalty point system is withdrawn.
Loyalty points are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 1.4 Value of loyalty points
During product purchases, we credit a specific amount of points after each product, you will always be informed about this on the given product's page.
In general, we credit 10 points after every 100 HUF, during our periodic, highlighted promotions the value of the points may change.
When redeeming, the HUF value of the points is: 1 point is worth 1 HUF.
We recommend keeping an eye on our promotions, it is worth subscribing to our newsletter, because information about the promotions is sent in our newsletter.
- 1.5 Redemption and crediting of loyalty points
- 1.5.1 How are loyalty points credited?
In the Meru Sportcare Webshop, the system automatically credits loyalty points to the registered customer's user account after the order is fulfilled, within a maximum of 15 days.
During purchases, loyalty points accumulate, which you can use in part or in full. The maximum number of loyalty points that can be collected and the maximum number that can be used during a single purchase are not limited.
You can get information about your loyalty points balance in your User account. Become a registered customer too, and enjoy your loyalty point discount!
The conditions and discounts of the loyalty point system are subject to change without prior notice.
- 1.5.2 How can the loyalty points be redeemed?
When a registered customer logs into the webshop, they can see in the discounts section how many points they have in their virtual account.

Points can be redeemed on the checkout page, where point usage is the default. If you do not wish to use your points during your current order and want to continue collecting them, you can do so by adjusting the checkbox.

The collected loyalty points can only be redeemed for products, not for services (e.g., shipping fee, etc.).
The loyalty point system is valid from 2023.01.12!
